Free Athletic EKG and Physicals: These will take place on June 24th, 2026, EKG at 3:00 p.m. (must pre-registrar using the QR code below- this is for all athletes that did not obtain an EKG screening during the 2025-2026 school year).
For student that only need an Athletic Physical, please arrive at 4:00 p.m. for registration. Please do not use last year’s forms as they will not be accepted (please see attached FM. 3439 Rev. 05-26). Copies are now available in the athletic office as well as the main office (please do not make your own copies). It is highly recommended that you all read through the physical packets for your own knowledge. In addition, physicals will not be valid if they are dated before June 1st, 2026. Only the Athletic Physical on FM 3439 Rev. 05-26 will be accepted; no other version of the physical will be accepted.
